Classic Cycle Group

One of the aims of the Classic Cycle Group is to raise funds for the Bexhill Museum.

Bicycles, lamps, baskets, interesting bicycle parts and vintage bicycle clothing which are donated by the public are sold to local classic bicycle enthusiasts who wish to participate in Classic Cycle Events, and the proceeds of the sales are either passed to the Bexhill Museum or go towards running expenses of the group. If the artefact is of interesting historical merit, the Museum may prefer to display it in their collection.
If a price is required for bicycles, lamps, baskets, interesting bicycle parts and vintage bicycle clothing, please email photos, description and how much you are asking, and we will do our best to find a suitable home. If you require better detail photos, just email and we will email back high resolution images.

VINTAGE BICYCLE CANDLE LAMP circa 1910. Painted black and interior has been aluminium painted including the reflector. Candle holder missing it’s spring. Green side glass is good but red side glass missing. Shelled front glass bottom R.H. corner. The lamp is fine for a vintage effect or could it could be repaired to work. Can post this item.
